Nuha has been an associate attorney with Wilkinson & Finkbeiner since 2021. She thoroughly enjoys the practice of family law and is passionate about helping each client reach their goals when resolving their case.

Nuha received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Sociology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where she received several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was a member of the Humanitarian Law Society and gained valuable practical and educational training in family law. She volunteered at Chapman’s Family Protection Clinic, where she assisted indigent clients in obtaining Domestic Violence Restraining Orders and prepared presentations on family law issues for unrepresented individuals.

Since becoming a California licensed attorney in 2019, Nuha has practiced family law exclusively. She has experience in family law matters of various complexity, including high asset dissolutions, contested custody matters, support modifications, jurisdictional matters under the UCCJEA, registration of foreign Judgments and domestic violence cases. Nuha has also acted as a neutral mediator for parties in uncontested dissolution matters.

Nuha is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association. In her spare time, Nuha enjoys cooking, gardening and biking.
