Karen Lindow
Associate AttorneyKaren M. Lindow is an associate attorney at our office in West Los Angeles who works closely with Partner, Julia Schneider, CFLS.
Karen became a California-licensed attorney in 2022 and has practiced family law exclusively since. Karen transitioned into family law with a strong background in civil litigation, dealing mostly with employment, real property, and business disputes. As a now Los Angeles divorce lawyer, Karen specializes in all aspects of complex family law litigation. She has experience with a range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody and visitation, grandparent visitation, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and property division, including high asset and complex marital estates.
She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, where she graduated from the Honors College, Magna Cum Laude. Karen later went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. In law school, Karen was a founding board member of USD’s Family Law Society and she also volunteered at USD’s Women’s Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to low-income or disadvantaged clients with a variety of representative matters, including domestic violence restraining orders, child custody, and dissolution.
Karen is currently a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Karen currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their two cats. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and Pilates.
